I contributed to this Studio City home as a Junior Designer at A1000xBetter. The house was built in 1965 and the carpet-covered bathtubs called for a major facelift. This was a full-scale renovation, but we wanted to maintain the integrity of some of the home's original elements - including the gorgeous wood ceiling upstairs. We sought to bring more light and natural materials into the home to give it a streamlined mid-century aesthetic.
